About High & Wild Weddings
High & Wild Weddings is made up of me, Sarah and my husband, Aaron if you choose to have a second photographer. We have always had a passion for capturing life's wonderful moments on camera.
A few little things about me. I love a spontaneous adventure, I get itchy feet all the time and have developed a permanent wanderlust, I am a sunrise and sunset addict always seeking those beautiful outdoor moments and am more than happy to be up at silly o'clock to have the best start to the day. I love walking, nature and capturing the colours of the world with my camera. I LOVE to travel and there is nothing better than exploring somewhere new, soaking up the culture and experience of a new place and of course trying all of the food!
My love for travel was where my love for photography was born way back when I was 21 on my first round the world adventure, we attempted to travel all the way to New Zealand without flying, it was an incredible trip! A more recent adventure was moving 600 miles from Devon to the Scottish Highlands after spending a year exploring the UK, we drove 18000km and looked at 42 potential homes whilst living in our camper van. I have now fallen in love with our new rural life, growing veg, keeping chickens and exploring the beautiful landscapes in the wonderful Highlands of Scotland!
My next worldwide bucket list destinations are Kauai in Hawaii, the North West Pacific Coast in the US and Rwanda to go and see Gorilla's!

We adore all types of weddings, especially those that embrace individuality and personal flair. Whether it’s a charming barn, out in the wilderness of Scotland, a beautiful hotel, a stunning beach, a whimsical tipi or an elopement, we’re all about those unique vibes and YES I do cry during the speeches every time!! Let’s capture some unforgettable memories together!
How much experience do we have?
With over a decade of experience capturing beautiful weddings across stunning locations like Devon, Cornwall, Somerset, Yorkshire, New York and Greece, we’re excited to bring our passion to the breathtaking Highlands of Scotland. We love to travel and are ready to go anywhere for a great wedding.
Why do you need to know this?
You will end up spending a lot of the time on your wedding day with us so it's really important that you feel happy and comfortable in our company, lots of our wedding couples have commented on how they felt like we were friends at the wedding and occasionally we are made to get in some of the photos ourselves!
